The term "Etruscan Snacks" is a replacement for the word "tapas" and is used as historic humor. However, this term also connects the beautiful Palouse hills that surround us to the amazing hills North of Rome where the ancient Etruscan civilization lived.
Like the Etruscans we too have the benefit of a cornucopia of fresh, organic produce, meat and cheese which allows us an approach to the agrodolce flavors we love so much in an Italian taverna, as well as impromptu wine parties and dancing.

House cured duck breast prosciutto, Fra Mani salami, a selection of cheeses, bocarones, roasted fall vegetables, crostini and house made crackers.

Arugula salad with shaved fennel and aged manchego - $7.
Cumin roasted potatoes with aioli - $6.
Seared scallops with garlic cream and tomato jam - $17.
Lightly smoked Thundering Hooves pork chops with lovage pesto and spiced apple chutney - $17.
Tortilla de Espana with carmelized onion, potato and chive - $6.
Super Happy Clairecakes - $3.
