Design and Production: With the sage-like help of our friend Leroy Cunningham (master woodworker and restauranteur) we have been able to build our ideal bar; visually stunning and ergonomic to work in. One of the main design features of the jimgermanbar stems from recycling the remodel itself. After the tremendous amount of lumber mined from the demolition of the previous cafe, the re-milled red fir and pine have been used for the bar, tables and benches. Influenced by the epic minimalist designs of the late Donald Judd, this system creates a harmony between the high ceilings, rough hewn floors and simple geometric furniture that accentuates a casual and warm atmosphere.

HI-FI STEREO refers to our hand built Blumenstein sound system, which gives a crisp tone to all of our eclectic music.
